Esedra, which is based in Macomer and Bosa, in west-central Sardinia (Marghine and Planargia), has worked since 1998 with a team specialising in cultural and environmental tourism. It helps visitors explore Sardinian life and manages the following archaeological sites in Macomer: Tamuli, Filigosa, the Santa Barbara and Succuronis nuraghi, as well as the Le Arti Antiche ethnographic museum and Su Cantareddu mountain refuge.
Esedra creates themed itineraries and events, with excursions, walking trips, off-road vehicle tours and mountain bike and e-bike rides for different levels. Cultural and folklore trips can include local lunches and tastings. As a Trenino Verde Point authorised by ARST, it also organises journeys on the Macomer–Bosa tourist railway.
Other services include hotel bookings, transport, welcome and assistance at ports and airports, and car, mountain bike and e-bike hire.
